Yes, you read that correctly: I just did eight calf raises of 400 pounds!
When I finished, utterly pooped, I got a high-five from a trainer that had been watching from across the gym.
Strength > skinny.

Congratz!! I started doing 200lbs on the leg press (MUCH better than the 90lbs I started with back in September).
Hey, 200 lbs on the leg press is AWESOME! My calves have always been stronger than my quads (so strange), so I struggle with regular leg presses.
