I’m having a really hard time with my diet lately.
I’m having a really hard time with nutrition/health/fitness in general.
I love the gym, but I’m not going regularly. I love eating clean foods, but I’m opting for junk. I love being optimistic, but I’m sinking into a bit of a depression.
It must be the holidays…

I wished I could like this ten more times. I am there. I have decided to give myself a break for the next week instead of driving myself crazy. Happy Holidays.
I’m trying to give myself a break… but I gain weight at an ALARMING rate. Jeans that were loose two weeks ago are snug! It’s just frightening how quickly I can cancel out MONTHS of effort. It takes just a few days to undo a year’s worth of success.
I understand. I have the same problem. I am hoping that since it’s only a week that it won’t be so bad.
I’m with you! Having a very difficult time right now, but I’m giving myself a bit of a break until Christmas has passed. I just can’t give up all of this good food!!
The peppermint bark and cheese trays will be the death of me! 🙂
